I love the crunch but to amp up the tiger nut benefits as well as the flavor profile I have been making varieties of granola with it. So delicious! It maintains its crunch and using different fats, coconut, peanut butter, tahini, as well as stevia, maple syrup or honey I have made some very tasty nutritious granola. I will try the unsweetened crushed for breading chicken or fish also. Great product with lots of options as ingredients for other foods.
